August Updates: New Features at OneText

July was a huge month for brands using OneText. Excited to recap some of the biggest improvements, all focused on maximizing incremental revenue, and ease of use.

Flow Builder

Drag and Drop Experiments, Flows and AI

Take complete control of your campaigns and automations with flow builder which now supports A/B experiments, AI replies, rich segmenting, personalization, incentives, and text-to-buy orders.  In the coming weeks, your success manager will collaborate with you to migrate your existing flows to the new experience.

More Personalization

Our flow builder now listens to popup quiz answers. This lets you create personalized welcome messages that guide your shoppers to products they like. This upgrade is designed to make every interaction relevant and engaging for your customers.

Holdout Testing

Evaluate the true effectiveness of your campaigns through holdout testing in our flow builder. This feature allows you to set aside a control group that receives no campaign interaction, enabling you to measure the precise impact of your marketing efforts and optimize accordingly. By comparing the control group's with the group that gets the campaign, you can measure the exact impact of text campaigns.

AI Improvements

Multiple Product Choice AI

Our product quizzes are very popular at OneText. People love answering quizzes! Our AI can now tell when a customer wants to buy different products and checks your store for available variants.

For each product, the AI asks follow-up questions to help narrow down choices, making sure customers find what they want. As customers choose options, the AI tracks remaining choices, guiding them through shopping. Once all choices are made, the AI helps move to payment and text to buy order.

Automated Cart Adjustments

Our AI has gotten smarter! 🤖 Our smarter AI now adjusts shopping carts automatically—adding, removing, or changing items upon customer requests. This upgrade minimizes the need for manual intervention, accelerating the path to purchase.

Targeted Customer Segmentation

More updates related to personalization: our segment builder now includes product filters! This tool allows you to create customer segments based on purchase history and interaction data.

Product Controls

Product Blocking

We can stop certain items from being sold through text if merchants want to restrict them. Tell your success manager if you want to block products from being bought through text.

Support for Digital Products

Expand your market by selling digital products via text, facilitated by our support for items that require no shipping. If you want to sell via text to buy digital products without shipping, let your success manager know!

Gift Card Auto Blocking

Automatic blocking of gift cards from text-to-buy incentive is here! OneText automatically identifies and blocks gift cards from getting text-to-buy discounts.

Agency-Friendly Switch

Great news for agencies managing multiple OneText accounts! Switch between client accounts effortlessly with our new account swapping feature, designed specifically for agencies managing multiple OneText accounts.

Flexible Billing System

We’re rolling out a new billing system to offer more flexibility and control. This system allows merchants to maintain continuous service by automatically topping up account balances, ensuring that campaign momentum is never lost.
