While the Flow Builder is now the default interface, weāre keeping the legacy interface available for a bit longer to ensure a smooth transition as we continue to match features and enhance adaptability. We allow the merchant to switch between the new and old interfaces as needed, making the transition seamless. Whether the merchant is just getting started or has been with us for a while, the Flow Builder is designed to evolve with your needs, simplifying the process of creating, testing, and optimizing flows.
š Latest Cart Mode in Purchase Offers
Weāve introduced the ālatest cartā mode in our Purchase Offer feature within the Flow Builder. This new mode ensures that the products recently added to a customerās cart are highlighted in the purchase offers, making the shopping experience more relevant and timely.
This feature is particularly powerful for merchants looking to capitalize on the customerās buying intent. By focusing on the items that are top-of-mind for the shopper, merchants increase the likelihood of closing the sale.
š Fully Customizable Cart Concierge
One of OneTextās most powerful features, the Cart Concierge, is now fully customizable. This popular text-based nudge has been shown to increase sales by up to 13%, and with this update, merchants have complete control over its content, timing, and functionality.
The ability to customize the Cart Concierge also opens up new opportunities for experimentation. With A/B testing capabilities, merchants can try different messaging, offers, and timing to see what resonates best with their customers.

Weāve improved how discount expirations are handled on text orders. Instead of dealing with a separate sibling entity, our merchants can manage discount expirations directly within the discount group.

This eliminates the ambiguity of setting expirations based on the number of days from a specific start date. In our ongoing effort to enhance transparency and provide deeper insights, weāve added a new layer to our analytics by introducing the starts count feature. This update allows the merchant to see the unique number of starts that occurred for each flow. By tracking starts separately from sent messages, merchants can gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of their triggers and entry points within a flow.
š UTM Tracking Enhancement
Weāve improved our UTM tracking capabilities by automatically appending the automation and campaign names to your UTM parameters when automatic UTMs are enabled. Merchants no longer need to manually add UTM parameters to each campaign, reducing the risk of errors and saving time.

Weāve expanded our segmentation capabilities to give merchants more control over customer interactions.
Text Refills
The first new feature is the ability to segment by active text refills, which are now available for all merchants with subscriptions enabled. This allows merchants to target customers based on whether they have an active refill subscription. We can also listen to third-party subscriptions for this segmentation.
Keyword/Link Opt-in
The second segmentation update involves Keyword/Link Opt-in Segmenting in the Segment Builder. Merchants can now target customers who signed up through specific keywords or links. This feature is handy for merchants running promotional campaigns or special offers, enabling them to engage with customers who have already expressed interest in specific products or services.
š Automation Flow Previews
Testing is a crucial step in the automation process. With our new Automation Flow Preview feature, merchants can send a test version of their automation directly to their phones. This allows them to see precisely what their customers will experience. Merchants can also select specific products as examples, giving them a complete and accurate preview of the end-user experience.
