Introducing the OneText Agent FAQ in beta!

Our merchants can now train their AI agents to answer frequently asked questions based on their unique input. This is great for questions that you already have on your FAQs or that you already have mapped out with your internal customer support team.

The result? Faster, more accurate responses for shoppers and more time for our human agents to focus on complex inquiries that need a personal touch.

🔄 Introducing Winback Flow

Get ready to drive repeat orders with our new Winback Flow automation! This new feature allows you to re-engage customers and turn one-time buyers into loyal repeat shoppers. It’s another powerful tool in your customer retention arsenal.

A Winback Flow helps you reconnect with customers who haven't bought anything for a while. Combined with our AI-driven Product Choice Recommendations, you can set up your Winback to analyze purchase history, browsing behavior, and engagement patterns to create highly targeted product recommendations and messages that resonate with the shopper.

This flow is an easy automation to boost customer lifetime value and maximize the return on your customer acquisition investments, and it’s now available on every OneText account!

🔗 Target Campaign Clickers for Follow-Up

Our merchants asked, and we delivered! OneText customers can now target shoppers who clicked on a link in any past OneText campaign. This feature is perfect for sending follow-ups on previous campaigns and targeting people who clicked but didn’t place an order.

📊 New Segmentation Option: Recent Message Sent

In our ongoing mission to give our merchants deeper segmentation capabilities, they can now target shoppers based on whether they recently received a message from OneText. This opens up new opportunities for targeting active or dormant shoppers with precision.

📝 Product Recommendations Based on Quizzes

Quizzes have always been one of our favorite engagement tools; now, our merchants can take it to the next level. With the Flow Builder, they can set up product recommendations based on the shoppers’ answers. Offering the right product at the right time has never been easier, and now it’s all integrated within all OneText automation flows.

📊 Download Your Subscriber Data Anytime

We believe your data is YOUR data. While we sync seamlessly with platforms like Klaviyo and Sendlane, our merchants now have the ability to download their lists directly from their dashboards. We don’t believe in holding your subscriber information hostage: after all, your list is yours and we make it always fully accessible to you.

✍️ Full Customization for Core Automations

Keeping your brand's message consistent is really important when talking to shoppers. We've made some significant improvements to help with this. Our latest update allows our merchants to fully customize all their core automations' messages, including browse abandonment, product view recovery, cart concierge, and checkout recovery.

💰 UI Improvements for Cashback Incentives

Shoutout to our customer Raycon for helping us enhance the UI of our checkout page when the incentive is a cashback! Our new UI reflects how Cashback works and how the shopper can access this incentive. This decreases the questions and friction on checkout, ensuring a smooth and straightforward path to conversion.

🚦 Live Mode Toggle for Flow Builder

With our new live mode toggle in Flow Builder, merchants now have more control than ever. They can prepare their flows in advance and choose when to make them live, allowing them to plan and launch at the perfect moment.

🧪 Improved Experiment Naming for Clarity

No more confusing code-like names for your experiments! With this update, merchants can give experiments in the Flow Builder meaningful titles, making it easier to set up, track, and analyze A/B tests.
